Hi, my name is Ann. I'm a wannabe business analyst with an MBA, a background in tech, and an incurable curiosity about how businesses actually work (and sometimes, don’t work). The Curious BA is where I connect the dots between business, systems, and people, with a little storytelling and book reviews along the way.
This is my space to explore the “why” behind business decisions, leadership choices, and the systems that shape them. Sometimes that means digging into a company’s big misstep, sometimes it’s finding patterns in everyday work, and sometimes it’s just following an interesting question to see where it leads.
